Please read the following before attending your appointment.
Please arrive without any guests and with a freshly washed face that is free of makeup and oil.
Please wear a facial covering that fully covers your mouth and nose.
All temperatures will be checked upon arrival at our check-in desk. Any temperatures above 100 degrees will be asked to reschedule with a note from their healthcare physician.
Deposits are non-refundable and required to book an appointment.
All first-time clients must book a full set. We do not perform any outside fills.
All fill-in appointments must be made within 23 days or less to be considered a fill-in.
Anything outside of the 23 days of your initial service date will be charged as a full set.
Please address any concerns that you may have regarding your lashes within 48 hours so that we can accommodate you. Any requests outside of 48 hours will be considered a service listed on the site.
Standard Policies
All appointment times are approximate time estimates. Depending on your lash type, additional time may be added to your appointment. Please plan for this just in case!
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required when booking. This deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. Once payment is sent, an e-mail will be sent to you with the address.
We accept card payments only.
Late Fees & Cancellations
There is a flat-rate late fee of $15 beginning after 10 minutes.
Depending on the schedule for the day, your appointment may be rescheduled to allow for lash application to be done in a safe and non-rushed manner.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Lashing courses must be rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
Any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of the appointment cost. This cancellation fee cannot be used toward any future appointments.
Squeeze-in appointments are an additional $35 charge.
